Mediciones fisiológicas de la ansiedad: avances y posibilidades

A avaliação da ansiedade é um assunto de relevância investigativa devido à alta prevalência e incidência atual desse transtorno e à afetação evidenciada nas diferentes áreas de atuação. O objetivo deste artigo de revisão foi analisar os avanços no desenvolvimento de técnicas fisiológicas para a avaliação da ansie-dade, especialmente aquelas que envolvem a análise da voz. Em relação ao método seguido para realizar a revisão de artigos científicos, foram incluídos aqueles que se referiam à implementação de técnicas fisiológicas na avaliação da ansiedade, que poderiam evidenciar a validade destas; devido à escassez oferecida a esse respeito, foram selecionados artigos que apresentaram correlações entre medidas com testes subjetivos e fisiológicos, enfocando a busca final naqueles que responderam pela medida da ansiedade a partir da voz. Para a pesquisa on-line, foram utilizadas plataformas EBSCO, ScienceDirect e Scopus, sele-cionando artigos e revisões que incluíam os termos relacionados anxietycorrelates, physiological correla-tesand anxiety, anxiety or emotional speech recognition, voice recognition, fear, sem limite de tempo das publicações, dado o baixo número de artigos recolhidos. Os resultados ofereceram informações valiosas sobre os desenvolvimentos atuais na medida psicofisiológica da ansiedade e a importância do uso de correlatos para a validade dos resultados. Em relação aos estudos de ansiedade a partir da voz, não foram encontradas evidências empíricas que permitam validar os resultados com outros correlatos de medidas fisiológicas e psicológicas.
