Mexico is the twelfth largest exporter worldwide, however, more than 80% of its exports go to the US and are made by direct foreign investment; are low, the levels of international entrepreneurship in this country. ITESO's international trade and business degree is the second largest in this University, with three thousand graduates, so it becomes a priority to identify and measure the personality characteristics associated with success in international entrepreneurship in its students. The results of the longitudinal study identify and measure the three personality characteristics associated with successful international entrepreneurship: drive, influence, and compliance. Both push and influence meet satisfactorily in their results, but compliance does not. Compliance obtained the lowest scores in each of the three shots or measurements made. The Compliance feature is directly related to the monitoring of regulations, agreements, standards and procedures.
