The institutional design of the constitution of the autonomous city of buenos aires

Within the Research Line in History of Institutions, a reflection was made on the institutional design of the Constitution of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Argentina), in order to contrast it, in future articles, with letters Federal provincial issued on the continent; this is based on an initial and comparative study of the different provincial, federal and State letters of the countries of Latin America, to perform, then an academic comparison with Colombian institutions. It can be seen how in this document the institutional design and balance appear with participation mechanisms that can only occur if met three political constitutional pillars that prevail and are valid and validated by all the State element in accordance with the analytical methodology.
